Music Production

Students will learn about the different aspects of music production, including recording, mixing, editing and mastering. They will gain an understanding of the various tools and software used in music production, such as digital audio workstations (DAWs), synthesizers, and drum machines. Students will experiment with different sounds and techniques to create their own unique musical compositions.

Music Theory

Music theory is the study of the fundamental elements of music, including rhythm, harmony, melody and form. Students will learn to read and write music notation, analyze musical compositions and develop their own compositions. Gain a deeper appreciation for the complexity and beauty of music.

Music, Rhythm, & Movement

It is a class that provides a unique opportunity for students to explore the relationship between music, rhythm and physical movement. Students will learn how to move in time with music, improve their sense of rhythm and develop their coordination through a combination of exercises, games, and choreography. Students will enhance their overall physical and mental well-being. (Also available in-person and online. We have flexible scheduling options at the convenience of our students.) Lastly, RMA believes that the best teacher is the actual experience of being onstage and proactive in providing opportunities for the students to showcase talents openly through recitals, concerts or even in music videos and the likes. It’s never too late to explore. The possibilities are limitless.

Students will learn the basics of music theory, including rhythm, melody, harmony, and notation. They will have a solid foundation in music theory and be able to read and write music.
